SamCaller is provided by UltraGames Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.. We help business partners run customer calling workflows, summaries, scheduling, and optional follow-up messages.
We process partner-provided customer names, phone numbers, language preference, call context, call-specific notes, call summaries, transcripts, knowledge notes, scheduling information, and integration metadata only to provide and improve the requested service.
We do not sell partner or customer data. Data may be shared with infrastructure, communication, hosting, storage, analytics, and messaging providers only as needed to operate, secure, monitor, and support the service.
Partners are responsible for uploading only contacts they are allowed to contact, maintaining consent and do-not-call records, honoring opt-out requests, using truthful caller identity, and following applicable calling, recording, messaging, and data protection rules.
For compliance operations, we may keep terms acceptance records, accepted-by identifiers, accepted timestamps, settings history, call events, summaries, transcripts, suppression/opt-out signals, usage records, and security logs.

Customers can request access, correction, opt-out, or deletion through the partner that initiated the communication, or by contacting us. We may need to verify the request before acting on account, contact, call, transcript, knowledge, messaging, or integration records.
