Terms of Service

SamCaller is a business communication tool operated by UltraGames Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. for configuring customer calls, summaries, scheduling, and optional follow-up messages.

Partners must use the service only for lawful business communication with appropriate consent and must comply with all applicable country, state, telephony, messaging, WhatsApp, recording, do-not-call, and data protection rules.

Partners must not upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, spam, promotional-without-consent, or unauthorized contact data. Partners remain responsible for customer lists, campaign purposes, call content, knowledge notes, templates, follow-up messages, and any promises made to customers.

Partners must promptly honor do-not-call, opt-out, deletion, and correction requests and must not call customers outside permitted time windows or approved purposes for the applicable country or industry.

Before first production calling, partners must review and accept the in-product calling responsibility terms. Acceptance may be locked with accepted-by, accepted-at, country rule set, consent, DNC, opt-out, and recording settings.

Partner confirms truthful caller identity, lawful contact source, consent or relationship evidence where required, suppression list maintenance, opt-out handling, approved scripts and knowledge, safe retry rules, and compliance with sector-specific obligations.

The service may rely on third-party communication, hosting, storage, monitoring, and messaging providers. Availability, delivery, caller display, and performance can vary by network, provider, country, and number type.
