Yes — both are built by the same team. SamCaller is for phone calls your business makes and answers; MeetNotes is for meetings you hold in person. They are separate apps with separate accounts and separate pricing.
Can SamCaller write minutes of my in-person meetings?
No, and deliberately so. SamCaller works on phone calls and summarises each call for you. For a meeting in a room, use MeetNotes — recording six people around one microphone is a different problem and needs an app built for it.
Do I need to buy a recorder device for MeetNotes?
No. It records on the phone you already carry. There is no hardware to buy, pair, charge or remember, which is the main reason it exists.
